| Abstract: | The way to change the traditional production organizational mode in hydraulic support manufacturing enterprise was discussed.According to the pull-production demanded in lean production, the method used for optimizing the process arrangement was introduced.The specific solution making the logistics short and convenient was proposed combined with projects.Seven kinds of waste which were defined in lean production were reduced or eliminated.The possibility of continuous improvement was provided for the factory. |
