感应电动机转子断条故障诊断系统的研究

摘    要:对感应电动机转子断条故障诊断原理进行了详细分析,开发出了一套基于DSO-2100虚拟数字示波器的故障诊断系统。本系统采用C++ Builder与MATLAB混合编程的方法完成了对采集信号的频谱分析和对特征频谱提取,并完成了数据采集模块的设计.实现了对电机转子断条故障的自动诊断功能。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the diagnosis principle about the induction motor,developed a fault diagnosis system based on the DSO-2100 hypothesized digital oscilloscope.This system used C++ Builder and the MATLAB mix-programming method to complete the signal the spectral analysis and withdrew the peak value of the characteristic frequency spectrum,and also completed the data acquisition module. According to the result,this system realized the automatic diagnosis function about the fault of the broken bars.
