| 摘 要： | 配电系统处于电力系统的末端,是整个电力系统与用户联系、向用户供应电能和分配电能的重要环节.结合配电网络规模大、不确定与不精细因素多和涉及领域广的特点,利用决策支持系统(DSS)和现有的各项技术对配电网规划进行决策上的支持,设计开发了由负荷预测、网架规划及决策知识库组成的半结构化的配电网规划决策支持系统(DDSS),实际应用证明了该系统的有效性.

| Abstract: | Distribution system is at the end of the whole power system and plays an important role by directly providing electric power to the customers as the connection of the whole power system and the load points.For the characteristics of distribution network with large scale,many uncertain factors and wide professional coverage,decision support system(DSS) organization and various existing techniques are utilized to support distribution network planning,and a distribution network planning decision support system (DDSS) is designed.It is a half structural system made up of load forecasting,network planning and decision support knowledge base.The efficiency of the system is proved in practice. |
