摘    要:常规按烟煤设计的锅炉,在燃用高灰分低热值劣质烟煤时,存在燃烧不稳甚至灭火等问题。为增强煤种适应性,提高燃烧效率,对锅炉燃烧器进行了技术改造。改造后锅炉的经济性和安全性有了很大的提高。在煤质较杂的情况下未再发生灭火现象,并且在50%负荷下不投油做到了稳定燃烧。

Abstract:In order to eliminate the problems of instable combustion and flame-out with a boiler conventionally designed for bituminous coal while bituminous coal with high ash content and low calorific value is burnt, the burners of the boiler were updated to improve the economic performance and safety of the boiler so that no flame-out occurred ever since while coals of different quality were burnt, and combustion remained steady while the boiler was operating under 50% of its rated operating load without any fuel injected.
