高强度钢的超声振动珩磨

摘    要:针对高强度钢精密深孔加工中存在的难题,研制了一套超声振动珩磨装置。通过试验研究,对超声振动珩磨运动学进行了详细分析,给出了确定临界珩磨速度的理论公式。借助于SEM分析了试件表面粗糙度和表面形貌,结果表明,超声振动珩磨明显优于普通珩磨。

Abstract:A new ultrasonic vibration honing device which is used to hone deep holes of high strength steel is designed and manufactured, and experimental research on honing p steel is done. By analysing the kinematics mechanism of vibration honing, the calculating formulas of critical honing velocity are obtained. Through the investigation of roughness and topography of workpie ces by means of SEM, that ultrasonic vibration honing is better than non vibration honing is derived.
