摘    要:L4-1200M3型12000kN闭式四点多连杆压力机的滑块为研究对象,使用UG进行三维建模,通过UG与ANSYS Workbench的嵌套,将三维模型导入有限元软件ANSYS Workbench,对滑块模型进行静刚度分析,并运用ANSYS DesignXplorer对其进行结构优化,根据优化结果对原方案进行修改,从而达到减轻自重的目的,为结构的合理设计与改进提供了可靠依据.

Abstract:Taking the slider of IA-1200M3 straight-side four-point (muhi-link) press in 12000kN as a research objective, the 3D model has been created by UG and transferred into ANSYS Workbench by using the connection between them. The statie stiess of the slider has been analyzed. The struelure has been optimized by use of ANSYS DesignXplorer. The former project has been modified as per the optimized results in order to reduce the self weight, which provides reference for the proper design and improvement of the structure.
