摘    要:南钢制氧厂30000 m3/h空分设备的1000 m3低温液氩贮槽配备了氩气回收系统,但启用后造成了1000 m3低温液氩贮槽被污染和精氩塔氮含量偏高的事故,检修并改造管路系统后氩气回收系统运行正常。介绍氩气回收系统的流程和管路检修、改造方案。

Abstract:In Nansteel Oxygen Generation Plant, 1000 m3 low-temperature liquefied argon tank of its 30000 m3/h air separation plant is equipped with an argon gas recovery system, however, after putting into operation, the said low-temperature liquefied argon tank was contaminated and the nitrogen content in the purified nitrogen tower was slightly high. After repair and reform of the pipeline system, the argon gas recovery system resumed normal run. Here, the process of the argon gas recovery system and the repair and reform scheme of pipeline are briefed.
