液化气梭式窑燃烧系统自动控制的研究

摘    要:用AI人工智能仪表调节液化气流量来实现温度控制,用可编程控制器(PLC)调节空气调节阀来实现气氛和压力的控制.结果表明:用AI人工智能调节器自动控制液化气梭式窑的温度及用PLC自动控制自吸式烧嘴的一次空气量是可行的.

Abstract:The AI artificial intelligence modulator is used to control automatically the temperature of the shuttle kiln by adjusting the flux of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG),the PLC is used to control au-tomatically the atmosphere and stress by adjusting the air regulato. The results of the experiment indi-cate that it is feasible to control the temperature of shuttle kiln with AI adjuster automatically and to control the first part of air of self-inhaler burner with PLC adjuster.
