Discussion on Benefits and Development Ideas of National Monitoring

This paper analyzes the benefits and existing problems of national monitoring network of soil and water conservation based on analyzing the development process on ecological monitoring network in China and abroad. It puts forward the ideas of improving the layout of monitoring network, scientifically selecting monitoring index, perfecting the evaluation system and strengthening quality management and creative technology.
