柜式空气净化器硬件电路设计

摘    要:描述的柜式空气净化器应满足人们日常生活中对空气质量的要求;要使柜式空气净化器能够检测空气的质量并且净化空气,从而达到提升空气质量的目的.将整个系统的电路设计分解成若干更加细致的功能模块.描述了柜式空气净化器采用的VFD显示器的静态和动态控制原理,最终采用动态控制原理控制VFD显示器;另外描述了柜式空气净化器检测传感器的电路设计、实验以及最终的效果测试.制作成功之后的电路能够通过实际检测,完成设计任务,能够完全控制柜式空气净化器.

Abstract:The cabinet air purifier which is described in this article should meet the requirement for the quality of air in people's daily life.The cabinet air purifier should detect the air quality and purify air,so as to improve the quality of air.We divide the circuit design of the whole system into some more detailed function module.The article describes that the static and dynamic control principle of VFD display which is used in the cabinet air purifier and finally using dynamic control principle control VFD display.On the other hand,the article describes the circuit design of cabinet air purifier,experiment and test result about detection sensor which is used in the cabinet air purifier.After the circuit is fabricated successful,it can be passed actual testing,complete the design task and be able to fully control cabinet type air purifier.
