摘    要:按照传动螺母的安装方式来分类,电动螺旋压力机分为三种类型:①螺母与滑块固定为一体并一起上下运动;②螺母通过轴承等零件在机身上横梁中做旋转运动;③螺母安装在机身上横梁中固定不动.三种类型各有特点.第③种适合于把双盘摩擦压力机改造为电动螺旋压力机,并有相关专利技术可用于大、中、小型双盘摩擦压力机的改造.

Abstract:According to the traditional installation mode of nut, the electric screw press has been classified into three modes. The first mode is by fixing nut and slide as one integral which move up and down together. The second one is by using of bearing to make nut rotate in the middle of frame upper beam. The third one is by fixing nut on the frame upper beam, which suits for transformation of double disk friction press into electric screw press. The patent of the third mode can be applied into transformation of big, medium, and small double disk friction press.
