| Abstract: | With ceaseless increased scale of air separation plant, the installation mode of in-section transport and site assembly welding for the rectification tower is increasingly popular. Here, on basis of the succession experiences on site assembly and welding of the rectification tower of 80000 m3/h air separation plant of a Xinjiang chemical project of Yankuang, the key points for site construction are detailed, such as the measurement around the rectification tower, clamps, fabrication of bevel, assembly, welding, and verticality control. |
