特大型空分设备精馏塔现场组对焊接探讨

摘    要:随着空分设备规模的不断大型化,精馏塔分段运输、现场组对焊接的安装方式将越来越普及。结合兖矿新疆煤化工项目的 80000 m3/h空分设备精馏塔现场组对、焊接的成功经验,详细介绍精馏塔圆周测量、卡具和坡口制作、组对、焊接、垂直度控制等现场施工要点。

Abstract:With ceaseless increased scale of air separation plant, the installation mode of in-section transport and site assembly welding for the rectification tower is increasingly popular. Here, on basis of the succession experiences on site assembly and welding of the rectification tower of 80000 m3/h air separation plant of a Xinjiang chemical project of Yankuang, the key points for site construction are detailed, such as the measurement around the rectification tower, clamps, fabrication of bevel, assembly, welding, and verticality control.
