Design Process Optimization of Indemnificatory Housing Based on Six Sigma

The design of the indemnificatory housing has a certain complexity because of its specific characteristics. For the designer, how to have an accurate position, and find the clear design process is the key which makes to form the advantage of design enterprise and get the success of indemnificatory housing. This paper optimizes of the design process of the indemnificatory housing as the object, focuses on analyzing redundant process, then eliminating unnecessary ones, and reforming the defective ones with the aid of Six Sigma theory, aiming to build up a specific design process to meet indemnificatory housing project＇s particularity such as large scale, short-periodic cycle, diverse design requirements and so on. These works help to improve work efficiency of the design and promote the construction of the indemnificatory housing.
