| 摘 要： | 简要介绍国家水资源监控能力建设项目组成，数据库需存储的信息类别，提出依照统一标准规范建设各级数据库的必要性；根据国家水资源管理制度的要求，给出水资源管理数据库信息分类与内容组成；对支撑“三条红线”管理考核制度的数据库表分别进行分析，并以结构图分层次给出技术支撑，为项目建设运行提供规范的存储管理模式。

| Abstract: | The article briefly introduces the composition of national water resources monitoring capacity building project and the information category which is needed to store by database. According the unified standard to build all levels of the database is necessary. With the national water resources management system requirements, the information classification and content of water resources management database are given. It respectively analyzes the standard table of database which supports the ＂three red lines＂ management system. By the structure it hierarchically gives technical support. It offers normative storage management mode for laroiect running. |
