计量防窃电实时监控系统应用探讨

摘    要:计量防窃电领域的最大难度在于得不到窃电现场的第一手证据,致使一些窃电者有恃无恐,导致严重后果。提出一种利用网络和GPS技术,综合其它高科技手段的计量防窃电实时监控系统,可以对窃电现场实时定位、告警和录制视频备份,有效地获取现场的窃电证据。

Abstract:Real time evidence collection has been the chief difficulty in the metering electricity-thieving prevention field, which encourages electricity thieves and leads to serious consequences. Combined with other high-tech electricity-thieving prevention system, a novel electricity-thieving prevention system is proposed by using internet and GPS, which can locate thieving scene, give an alarm, record thieving activities and collect effective real time evidences.
