电液等效“准数控”液压梯度调压探讨

摘    要:本文充分利用PLC程控逻辑电路多路输出的优势,设计了多阀串联先导和相邻压差梯度的调控液压回路,探讨了等效电液“准数控”密集梯度调压的可行性.并结合现有数控电液比例阀的调控液压回路,进行了实用性技术分析.

Abstract:By taking full use of PLC programmable logic circuit multiplex advantage in the text, the control hydraulic loop of multiple-valve series pilot and adjacent differential pressure gradient has been designed. The feasibility of equivalent electric liquid NC intensive gradient pressure regulating has been discussed. By com. bining with existing NC control hydraulic circuit of electro-hydraulic proportional valve, the practicability technology analysis has been conducted.
