高超声速自由射流风洞控制系统软件实现

摘    要:自由射流风洞系统可以提供高速逆向的加热气流来模拟冲压发动机在高空飞行的环境,从而测试冲压发动机的动态性能,这需要主气路系统、工艺气系统、水系统、酒精系统、氧系统、点火器系统、发动机系统和真空系统等工艺系统严格按照既定的工序配合执行相应的动作.从软件设计角度,介绍了该控制系统的构成和难点实现.对基于LabVIEW的复杂系统软件开发有很好的借鉴意义.

Abstract:A free-jet wind tunnel system can provide high-speed reverse heated airflow to simulate ramjet flying at high ahhude,thus to test the dynamic performance of the ramjet,which requires the master gas system,process gas system, water system, alcohol system, liquid oxygen system, ignition system, engine system, vacuum system and other technology systems to perform the appropriate actions in strict accordance with the established procedures. This article introduced the control system from the perspective of software design. It is a good reference for complex system design based on I.abVIEW.
