摘    要:空分设备因故障停运后,由于操作不慎,使粗氩Ⅱ塔的粗液氩全部灌入主冷液氧中。空分设备重新开车后,若采取正常操作,氧气纯度合格的时间将大大延长。采取优化后的调纯操作,使氧气纯度合格的时间缩短到4小时。简介18000m3/h空分设备流程和故障经过,详细叙述优化操作及其效果。

Abstract:After shutdown of the air separation plant, due to careless operation, the crude liquefied argon fully from crude argon II tower flows to the liquefied oxygen of main condenser. If after resuming the air separation plant the normal operation is adopted, the period to reach the purity of qualified gaseous oxygen will be greatly extended. After using the optimized purity-adjustment operation, the period to reach the purity of qualified gaseous oxygen is shortened to 4 hours. Here, the technical process of one 18000 m3/h air separation plant and its trouble course are briefed, and the optimized operation and its effects are detailed.
