压力机导轨副受力特性分析研究

摘    要:为了能通过合理设计压力机滑块导向部分结构,实现降低导轨副负载以及提高导轨副抗偏载能力的目的,对导轨副的受力特性进行分析研究非常必要.本文从导轨副受力因素分析入手,首先建立了导轨副的主要受力平衡方程.然后结合理论分析,创建了滑块运行工况仿真分析模型,借助ADAMS软件对其主要影响因素的受力特性规律进行了仿真分析.最后给出了几种降低导轨副负载的可行性设计方案,所述方案在生产实践中也得以验证,具有明显的改善效果.

Abstract:The main forcing balance equation of guide pair has been established. The simulated analysis model of working condition for slider has been created. The main influence factors to the forcing characteristics rule have been stimulated and analyzed by use of ADAMS software. Finally several feasible design schemes to reduced load of guide pair have been given. The schemes have been verified in the practical production.
