含磷环氧树脂体系的研制及性能研究

摘    要:通过含磷环氧树脂固化剂与环氧树脂的反应,制备了含磷环氧树脂体系,对含磷体系的玻璃化转变温度、在不同温度下的适用期以及阻燃性能进行了表征,并与相应的不含磷的体系进行了对比。结果表明:含磷体系在室温下的适用期延长,玻璃化转变温度和阻燃性能提高,但是初始分解温度降低。

Abstract:Phosphorus-containing epoxy resin was prepared by means of chemical reaction between phosphorus-containing epoxy resin curing agent and diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A.Glass transition temperature,application-life at different temperatures and flame-retarding of the system were characterized and compared with the systems without introduction of phosphorus.The results showed that the application life of phosphorus-containing epoxy resin was prolonged,its glass transition temperature and flame retarding were increased but its initial decompounding temperature was decreased.
