摘    要:介绍了板坯连铸的漏钢机制,并根据不同的漏钢类型进行原因分析;为降低板坯连铸漏钢率,炼钢-精炼-连铸各工序根据所分析出的原因,在工艺、操作、设备和管理等方面制定了详细的措施,通过各项措施的落实,取得了2012年1月至8月连铸漏钢率为0的良好应用效果。

Abstract:The breakout mechanism of slab casting was introduced, and according to different types of breakout, the reason has been analyzed. In order to reduce the slab casting breakout rate, the detailed countermeasures have been developed on technology, operation, equipment and management in every process of steelmaking, refining and continuous casting. And through the implementation of various countermeasures, good application effects were achieved and the breakout rate was 0 from January 2012 to August 2012.
