电Fenton法降解硝基苯废水的研究

摘    要:实验使用钛基二氧化铅电极为阳极,泡沫镍作阴极对模拟硝基苯废水,研究了不同因素对硝基苯去除率的影响。并通过单因素实验分析确定了最佳反应条件:硝基苯浓度为123mg/L,辅助电介质Na2S04浓度为7.5g/L,FeS04浓度为0.45g/L.电解电压为18V,电解时间为80min,极板间距为4cm。在此条件下去除率可达到90%。

Abstract:This experiment of degradation of nitrobenzene has been taken in the self-made device, using the Ti-SnO2 electrode as anode. The research mainly study on the influence of each factor upon the nitroben- zene removal rate and select the best operating conditions to deal with the wastewater with experiments on single factors. The best electrolysis conditions are as follows: the concentration of nitrobenzene was 123mg L-~ , the concentration of Na2SO4 was 7. 5g L-1, the concentration of FeSO4 was 0. 45g L-1, electrolysis voltage was 18V, electrolysis time was 80min, and the discharge gap is 4cm. Under this condition, the re- moval rate of nitrobenzene reached 90M.
