| 摘 要： | 武器装备体系的发展论证问题研究是复杂的决策问题,以价值为中心的决策思维方法（value-focused thinking,VFT）是解决该类问题的一种有效途径。为了支持多学科专家共同研究和定性、定量分析,研究应用VFT的群决策支持系统（group decision support system,GDSS）具有重要的现实意义。在分析系统功能需要的基础上,设计了系统总体结构、运行过程以及系统集成的群决策方法和相关工具,同时给出了系统核心概念数据模型。

| Abstract: | As demonstration of evolution of weapon system of systems is a complex problem, val- ue-focused thinking （VFT） is an effective methodology to solve such problem. It is significant to design a group decision support system （GDSS） with this approach for multi-discipline experts＇ collaboration of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The paper describes specific functional requirement for the GDSS, puts forward system architecture, operational process, integrated group decision-making methods and tools, and finally presents concept data model of key database. |
