电厂双进双出钢球磨煤机经济性分析

电厂磨煤机是将燃烧用的原煤研制成粉,然后送进炉膛进行悬浮燃烧的设备,可分为低速磨煤机(主要是钢球磨煤机)、中速磨煤机和高速磨煤机。从影响双进双出钢球磨煤机经济运行的因素进行分析,降低磨煤机单耗。即在最佳钢球装载量条件下,既能增大磨煤机出力,又能降低磨煤机消耗的电功率,保证电厂在最佳经济条件下运行。

The Economic Analysis on Double Inlet-outlet Steel Mill in Power Plant

The mill in power plant is the equipment for grinding combustion coal into dust and senting to the furnace to he suspended combustion. Now the mill includes low-speed coal mill （mainly steel-hall coal mill） , medium-speed and high-speed coal mill. This paper researchs on the method of how to reduce the unit consumption of coal mill with a view to the impact of double inlet and double outlet ball on coal machine economic operation. The economic method can not only increase the mill output, but also reduce the electric powerl, so as to ensure the power plant to run in the best economic comlitinns.
