摘    要:储电和蓄热配比风力发电分散接入配电网,构建虚拟电厂控制模式以提高风电的可调控性,是一种提高风电消纳的创新型发展模式。针对分散式风储电站接入系统协调调控机制,提出了基于储电和蓄热配比的虚拟电厂提高电压稳定性方案,储电和蓄热设备的使用,使风电场在一定程度上具备了对系统的调峰填谷功能,降低了双馈风电机组的有功出力,提高了双馈风电机组的无功电压调控能力。仿真结果表明该方案的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:The ratio of wind energy with electricity and heat storage systems dispersedly integrated into the power system building a control mode of virtual power plant is an effective way to inhibit wind power fluctuations and improve wind energy adjustability, which is an innovative development model to improve wind electricity consummation. Considering distributed wind power station access mech- anism of coordination and control, a plan based on the ratio of storage and heat storage of the virtual power plant is proposed to improve voltage stability. And the use of storage and heat storage devices, to a certain extent, the wind farm have the function to fill the valley system load, reducing the active power of the doubly-fed wind power generator, so as to improve the reactive voltage control of doubly- fed wind power generator capacity. Simulation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme.
