摘    要:对火力发电厂锅炉末级过热器、末级再热器管屏在更换改造过程中的焊接质量控制要点做了说明,通过制定合理的施工工期、严格要求现场施工人员、把握焊接过程控制、关注施工过程细节、加强焊缝性能检测、借助第三方交叉监管等手段,获得了较高的一次合格率,并就焊接过程中出现的部分问题及其处理方法作了简要说明。

Abstract:The welding quality of SH and RH in the surface transformation process is studied. Through measures such as construction arrangement, welding process control, the welding details caring, weld joint properties strengthening, and with the aid of the third supervisors in the whole construction, a higher passing rate of first finished weld joint is obtained. And also some problems appearing in the process of welding is explained.
