凸轮轴板式楔横轧精确成形过程仿真

摘    要:利用板式楔横轧加工工艺精确轧制凸轮轴,简述了凸轮轴板式楔横轧精确成形的原理;利用DEFORM-3D软件,采用三维刚-塑性有限元法对凸轮轴板式楔横轧轧制的数值模型进行模拟仿真,得到了较为理想的凸轮成形结果;分析了凸轮体在轧制过程中的应变分布状态,得出了轧件的金属流动为轴向螺旋式.模拟结果表明:利用带有特殊曲面的板式楔横轧模具精确成形凸轮轴是可行的.

Abstract:Flat-type CWR method was contrived for precise forming cam shaft. Shaping principle of cam forming by CWR was introduced. FEM software DEFORM-3D was selected to simulate the process of cam forming by CWR and ideal simulated cam shape was obtained. The strain distribution during forming process was analyzed and the flowing manner of metal was axial screw type. Simulation result indicates that a cam shaft formed by flat-type CWR is feasible.
