| 摘 要： | 结合实际施工经验,从场地建设、胎模制作、波纹管制作及保管、模板组装、混凝土浇筑、拆模养生等方面分析总结了在预制梁体时需加强注意的几个问题,并阐述了施工过程的质量控制措施,以延长桥梁的使用寿命。

| Abstract: | Combined with experiences in construction,from yard preparation,match,fabrication of bellows,formwork,concrete pouring,removal of the mould,curing and other aspects questions deserving attention in prefabrication of bridge beams are discussed,at the same time corresponding quality control measures are elaborated in order to prolong the service life of bridges. |
