管线钢落锤性能不合原因分析

摘    要:分析了影响马钢X52管线钢落锤性能以及晶粒度级别、带状组织不合格的因素,并对X52管线钢成品试样进行检验,找出了性能指标不合格的原因,提出了CSP工艺生产X52管线钢的控制措施,并生产出了各项性能均合格的X52管线钢。

Abstract:Factors causing the disqualification of DWTT properties,grain size and band structure of the X52 pipeline steel at Masteel are analyzed.The causes are found out be experiments on the samples of finished products.Control measures for X52 pipeline steel production by CSP process are put forward.X52 pipeline steel with qualified properties are produced.
