聚乙烯接枝不饱和硅烷工艺研究

摘    要:本文采用了三种设备:HAAKE扭矩流变仪、单螺杆挤出机、双螺杆挤出机分别研究了反应时间、螺杆转速和液体硅烷在机筒上的添加位置等工艺因素,对聚乙烯接枝不饱和硅烷接枝率即材料最终交联度和热延伸性能的影响。为工业生产硅烷水交联聚乙烯电缆料提供了一些可资借鉴的数据和思路。

Abstract:Using three manufacturing facilities, namely HAAKE torque rheometer, single screw extruder and twin-screw extruder, the affect of the reaction time, screw speed and the location on the barrel for adding the liquid silane on the grafting rate of the unsaturated silane grafted by polyethylene (the final cross-linking degree of the material) and thermal elongation were respectively investigated. As a result, some useful data and ways of thinking are supplied for the commercial production of silane-cross-linkable polyethylene cable compounds.
