| 摘 要： | 回顾我国消防工作社会化的历程,分析消防工作社会化中存在的问题与不足,提出促进消防工作社会化的政策的建议。推进消防工作社会化,必须完善多部门联合监管机制、实行注册消防管理人或注册消防工程师制度、充分发挥保险防灾减灾的功能、培育和规范消防中介组织、完善群众参与机制、推动消防力量建设投资多元化。
