| 摘 要： | 根据我军新时期装备采购制度改革的总要求，从完善装备采购评价机制入手，分析了影响我军装备采购军事效益、经济效益和社会效益的关键因素，构建了我军装备采购效益评价指标体系，对于完善我军装备采购评价手段具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | According to the general requirements of reforming the equipment procurement system in the new period, the paper analyzes some key factors affected military benefit, economy benefit and society benefit of the equipment procurement to perfect the evaluation system. And then, it forms the index system of benefit evaluation of the equipment procurement. Above all it has determined reference value to perfect the evaluation system. |
