| Abstract: | Employment of university graduates is a systematic engineering process influenced and controlled by various aspects: political, social, economic and cultural as well. Perspective, systems environment and appraisal standard all have impact on university graduates employment. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate perspective, perfect systems, nurture environment and create appraisal standard for the employment of university graduates. |
