| 摘 要： | 本文初步探讨了红心萝卜汁和萝卜红色素中异味物质的气相色谱分析方法。此方法可用于分析异味物质的化学组成和结构、了解Glucoraphenin在各种条件下的降解途径和产物，以及探讨防止Glucoraphenin降解和除去其降解产物的研究。
