改性氰酸酯树脂体系韧性及介电性能研究

摘    要:对聚醚酰亚胺增韧改性氰酸酯树脂体系的断面形态和冲击韧性进行分析,并对改性氰酸酯树脂体系的介电性能进行表征和分析.研究表明,聚醚酰亚胺在改善氰酸酯树脂体系韧性的同时,也提高了树脂体系的介电性能.树脂的介电性能与树脂体系的催化剂含量、固化温度和增韧剂含量有较大关系.

Abstract:Morphology of the modified cyanate ester resin system toughened by polyetherimide was investigated. Impact resistance and dielectric performance of the modified resin system were characterized and analyzed. The results show that polyetherimide can not only toughen this resin system, but improve the dielectric performance. The dielectric performance of the modified resin system is remarkably influenced by the concentration of catalysis, the cure temperature and toughening agent.
