氨基磺酸盐高效减水剂的合成优化及应用

摘    要:文章主要介绍氨基磺酸系高效减水剂的试验室合成试验,并对该产品进行了与常用水泥浆流动性与其经时变化的试验,以及与其它外加剂(缓凝剂、引气剂)的相容性试验。结果表明,此类高效减水剂除其有很高的分散性(减水率达30%)外,还具有控制流动度损失的功能(2h内流动度基本不变);并且此类高效减水剂与缓凝剂、引气剂之间具有很好的相容性。

Abstract:It is introduced to synthesize a kind of super plasticizer of sulfa mic acid series at the laboratory tests.And the experiments of cement paste for measuring the flow ability and its flow loss have been down with adding these tria products.The results showed that the kind of super plasticizer not only had high dispersibility,but also had the possibility to controlling flow.Besides,it was also described that the super plasticizer was consistent greatly with retarder and air entraining admixture.
