摘    要:本文分析了接触式三座标和非接触式光学实物三维数据采集技术。分析了非接触式光学采集的光三角法原理,比较了三种结构照明方式,包括点光源照明、线光源照明、面结构光照明,并对几种实体三维数据采集方法进行比较。探讨了实物三维数字化技术在逆向设计、实物复制、制造质量检验等方面的应用。

Abstract:3D data acquisition technologies adopting the contact CMM measurement and the non-contact optical measurement is analyzed. The light triangulation principle adopting in non-contact optical measurement is studied.
