摘    要:溧阳电站最复杂水文地质条件下的地下洞室群、大挖大填(总开挖3 300万m3、填筑2 000万m3)施工全过程土石方动态平衡控制已在业内闻名;由于混凝土料源的复杂多变和环保要求使砂石加工系统的设计、运行、改造历时长、决策难,最终形成的粗细骨料2个独立加工系统、2种料源的解决方案,满足了施工进度、质量要求,同时对凝灰岩骨料拌制混凝土的物理化学性能有了初步的认识。

Abstract:Liyang Pumped Storage Power Plant features underground cavern group, excavation (33 million m3 ) and backfill (20 million m3 ) in a large volume as well as the dynamic balance of earthrock volume during the whole construction. As the complicated and variable concrete material resources as well as requirements on the environmental protection, it takes a long time to decide, design, operate and renovate the sand and aggregate processing system. Finally, two independent systems for fine and coarse aggregate processing as well as two material resources are finalized. Those decisions satisfy requirements on construction progress and quality. Meanwhile, the physicochemical property of the concrete by tuff limestone is revealed primarily.
