管道清管器工作时对管道焊缝的影响

摘    要:针对清管器在工作过程中会出现撞裂或撞断管道焊缝的情况,按照某型皮碗式清管器建立了三维模型,采用有限元分析方法对清管器在清管过程中管道焊缝的应力进行了计算,并重点考虑管道焊缝出现错位时的情况,得到各工况下管道焊缝应力的分布情况.根据计算结果,给出了驱动压力和焊缝错位的最大允许值,可为现场施工时驱动力的调节和控制管道焊缝质量提供参考.

Abstract:Aiming at the case that the welded pipe will be cracked or broken off at the weld seam during the workingprocess of pipeline pig, the 3 D model is set up according to a certain type of leather cap type pig ; the stress of the weld seamin the pigging process of pipeline pig is calculated by finite element analysis method, the calculation had focused on the situa-tion of the pipe's dislocation, then the stress distributions of pipe seam are obtained under various operating conditions. Themaximum allowable values of driving pressure and weld dislocation are given out according to calculation results, which canbe used as the reference for adjusting driving force and controlling the pipeline welding quality during on-site construction.
