信息素养导向的管理类专业课程体系构建

管理类专业的信息素养教育包含对信息技术能力、信息源能力、信息处理能力、信息控制能力、管理决策能力、知识构建能力、知识延展能力、社会责任感和智慧能力的培养。基本信息素养、职业信息素养、综合创新信息素养和自我实现信息素养构成了信息素养的四个层次。本文以培养信息素养为导向,将管理类专业的课程划分为通识类、管理类、信息类三大课程模块,提出了与信息素养的四个层次、九种能力匹配的管理类专业课程体系,并细化了课程设置。

Construct Management Majors Course System Oriented Information Literacy

Management majors information literacy education includes information technology ability,information-sourcing ability,information-tackling ability,information-controlling ability,management decision ability,knowledge constitution ability,knowledge-spreading ability,social responsibility and wisdom ability. Basic information literacy,career information literacy,comprehensive innovation information literacy and self-achievement information literacy constitute four levels of Management majors information literacy. To foster information literacy,management courses are classified into three modules： general education courses,management courses and IT course. This paper puts out a kind of management majors curriculum system which matches the four levels of information literacy and nine abilities and sets up the curriculums in detail.
