摘    要:下坂地水利枢纽工程地处中国西部帕米尔高原,临近地震活动带并处于高地应力区。导流泄洪洞和引水隧洞穿越岩体受该区域地形地貌及岩体地质结构影响,导流隧洞局部洞段遭遇了岩爆,引水隧洞大部分洞段均遭遇了岩爆。文章介绍了导流隧洞和引水隧洞所处地理地质特点、岩爆的特点、应对岩爆处理施工措施,通过炸药爆炸机理选择爆速值大的炸药进行应力解除和降低围岩应力,实施效果良好。

Study and Application of High-blasting-velocity Explosive in Treatment of Rock Outburst In Tunnel Excavation of Xiabandi Project

Abstract:Xiabandi Project is located on the Pamirs, close to the seismic zone ad in the high-stress region. Both diversion (flood discharge) tunnel and headrace tunnel pass through the rock where the rock outburst occurs locally in the diversion tunnel because of the impact of the topography, landform and the geological tectonics of this region. In the paper, the geographic and geological conditions, characteristics of the rock outburst, and treatment measures of the rock outburst of which the diversion and headrace tunnels are excava- ted are described. According to the blasting mechanism of explosive, the explosive with the higher blasting velocity is selected to re- lieve the stress and decrease the stress of the surrounding rock. It shows that those measures achieve good results.
