摘    要:以陕西镇安抽水蓄能电站西磨沟弃碴场为例,分析了拦沟堆渣可能产生的水土流失危害,详细阐述了一套适用于具有较大设计洪水流量、地形地质条件复杂的拦沟型弃渣场的水土保持措施体系。该体系在保证弃碴场安全运行的同时,也有利于区域生态景观修复。

Abstract:With the case of Ximogou spoiled area for Shaanxi Zhen'an Pumped Storage Power Plant, potential hazards of the soil and water loss caused by filling the gulley with construction debris are analyzed.One set of measure system, which is suitable for the area where the large flood discharge is designed and the geological conditions are available, for soil and water conservation of the gulley-filling spoiled area is described in detail.This system secures the safety operation of the spoiled area and is benefit for the regional ecological landscape recovery.
