| 摘 要： | 采用正交试验设计方法对天然砂石骨料进行了沥青混凝土的配合比设计,根据骨料级配指数、沥青用量、填料含量给出不同的配合比,分析了各因素对沥青混凝土孔隙率、稳定度、流值影响规律,并对优选的沥青混凝土的弯、拉、压力学指标、变形、渗透等指标进行综合检测,为沥青混凝土心墙配比提供了新的配料方式。

| Abstract: | The design method of orthogonal test is applied to design the mix ratio of the asphalt concrete from natural sand and aggregate. The impacting law of factors to porosity, stability and flow value of the asphalt concrete is analyzed. Furthermore, the general tests on the mechanical indicator, deformation and seepage, etc of the asphalt concrete in terms of bending, tension and pressure are performed, providing new mixing modes for the mix ratio of the asphalt concrete core. |
