| 摘 要： | 分析了目前移动视频直播系统所存在的问题，指出了基于空间定位信息的移动视频直播是今后的发展方向。构造了一个基于GPS与GIS的移动视频直播系统。论述了该系统的结构、工作原理以及主要功能，并且总结与分析了所涉及的关键技术。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the problems in current mobile living video systems, the paper points out that location based mobile living video is the direction for future development, and a mobile supervisory system based on GIS and GPS is proposed. The architecture, working principle and primary function of the system are discussed. Four key techniques adopted in the system are summarized and analyzed. |
