| Abstract: | Technological process of controlled cheese dyeing with reactive dyes is introduced, including dye selection, ratio of dyestuff to alkali and salt, control of dyeing conditions, factors affecting levelness, as well as characteristics and applicability of high-temperature-high-pressure cheese dyeing machine. Matters needing attention in dyeing process are put forward. |
