氧化镁混凝土中砂浆的压蒸膨胀率及孔隙构造的研究

摘    要:为确定水工混凝土中氧化镁的合理掺量,对一、二级配混凝土中的砂浆进行压蒸试验,并对压蒸后的砂浆进行压汞测孔分析。试验结果表明,氧化镁的掺量明显影响混凝土中砂浆的压蒸膨胀率及孔隙参数;掺入适量的氧化镁或粉煤灰可改善混凝土中砂浆的孔隙参数,且掺入粉煤灰还可提高混凝土中砂浆氧化镁的极限掺量。

Abstract:To ascertaining rational MgO content of hydraulic concrete, the autoclave-treated test of mortar in one and two grading concrete mixed with MgO is carried out and Hg intrusion is analyzed. The results show that MgO content has obvious impact of autoclave-treated expansibility and pore parameters of mortar in concrete; mixed appropriate content MgO or fly ash can improve the pore parameters of mortar; the limit content of MgO in mortar can be increased with mixed fly ash.
