摘    要:鉴于塔架对风力发电机组的承载能力、使用寿命与安全的影响,因此对塔架进行科学、合理的设计尤为重要。提出了风力发电机组塔架的设计思路,总结了静强度、屈曲稳定及模态分析等理论基础的特点,通过整合这些理论基础给出了优化设计步骤,并以湘潭电机股份有限公司某大型风机为例,采用Matlab对塔架进行了优化设计。结果表明,采用基础理论对塔架进行优化设计是简单有效的方法之一,且在满足各项安全指标的前提下,有效地控制了塔架重量,适合推广应用。

Abstract:In view of the influence of tower on the bearing capacity, service life and safety performance of wind turbine, a scientific and reasonable design is particularly important. The tower design ideas are presented in this paper and the characteristics of static strength, buckling stability and modal analysis are summarized. Through the integration of these theories, the optimization design process is given. Then a large wind turbine of Xiangtan Electric Manufacturing Group is taken for an example, the design of wind turbine tower is optimized with Matlab. This example results show that the method of optimization design tower is one of simple and effective methods with the basic theory; on the premise of meeting safety performance indexes, the weight of tower can be reduced, which is suitable for popularization and application.
