| 摘 要： | 介绍了科研档案的特点,分析了科研档案管理应遵守的原则及开发利用应注意的问题,在此基础上提出了科学研究中应树立充分利用档案资料提高科研水平的科研档案观,强调了科研档案管理与利用档案加快科研发展的互动、促进关系.
