机械零件摩擦热力学系统的分析

摘    要:两机械零件相互接触,并发发生相对滑则出现摩擦,导致两摩擦表面的材料不断损失,即员,同时也使材料表面的温度升高。因此,摩擦、磨损和温升往往是同时出现。研究三乾的关系,对于减少机械零件的摩擦,控制其磨损,降低接触部位的温升是十分有益的。本文自热力学第一定律出发,建立了上述三者的定量关系,并分析了不同摩擦状态下各量的相互影响。

Abstract:When two mechanical elements contact each other having relative sliding, friction appear, temperature of the contact surfaces arises and wear occurs. Since the friction, the wear and the surface temperature rise usually take place together, the study of these three facts becomes very useful for diminishing friction,controlling wear and decreasing the temperature of the contact area. This paper established the quantitative relations of above mentioned three facts and analyzed the parametric effects of each other in different friction states using the first thermodynamic law.
