定点倒扣法取套技术研究与应用

取套是取换套修井作业中必不可少的关键工序。为克服传统取套方法存在的缺陷,提高取套作业一次成功率,降低施工风险,开展了定点倒扣法取套技术研究与实践。通过研制定点倒扣专用工具、加大套管内扶正管柱重量和优化工艺管柱设计,该项技术研究获得成功。现场应用表明:定点倒扣法不仅取套效率高,而且取套位置准确,施工安全性好,是油水井取换套作业中一种经济、有效、安全的取套方法。

Research and application of casing taking technology by fixed point back-off method

As a key procedure of casing replacement,casing taking plays a very important role in the whole operation.Aiming at overcoming the defects of conventional casing taking techniques,raising one-time success rate and lowering operation risks,it was carried out the research of casing taking technology by fixed point back-off method.By developing special tools for fixed point back-off,increasing the weight of stabilized strings in casing and optimizing the technique of pipe strings,the technology was applied successfully.The field applications show that the technology has benefits of effectiveness,accurate position of casing taking and security operation,and be proved to be an economic,effective and security method for casing replacement in oil water wells.
